Hannah Wright has been a teacher at Stageworks Youtheatre since 2014. As well as teaching she has assisted in the choreography and direction of multiple Stageworks productions, including the annual Stageworks Pantomime, where she has played lead female and principle roles each year. Hannah has an honours Degree in Voice and Dance from the University of Limerick. Other training includes Grade 8 Speech and Drama and Grade 8 Ballet and Modern dance both from Royal Irish and London Academy of Music and Art. Outside teaching Hannah is an award winning musical theatre performer, winning AIMS awards for Best Female Voice playing ‘Roxie’ in Chicago and Best Comedienne for her role as ‘Elle Woods’ in Legally Blonde. Hannah is also the lead female singer of the wedding and event band ‘The Good Hustle’.

Alice Keane has been a teacher at Stageworks Youtheatre since 2017. She received a diploma in Speech and Drama in 2014 from the London academy of music and art. She also has obtained a masters in Playwriting and Dramaturgy from NUI Galway. Alice has taught drama all around Ireland and in the United States. She is also a Gaeilgeoir and taught dramaíocht for four summers in Coláiste Cúram Irish College, Cork. Alice specialises in Speech and Drama, Improvisation, Playwriting and Comedy. Outside of teaching, Alice is a playwright, director and performer that has worked with Galway theatre companies such as Macnas, Danceplayers, Fregoli, Decadent theatre and Diffused Theatre.

Niall Caulfield

Niall has been a teacher in Stageworks since 2017. Apart from teaching, Niall has achieved Grade 8 in piano from the Royal Irish Academy of Music. Niall has performed on stage from a young age and has played many lead roles since the age of 12. During his time in secondary school Niall won two GUMS awards (Galway Universal Musical Society) for best male actor for roles like “Jekyll and Hyde”, and “Tevye” in fiddler on the roof. Niall also appeared singing on Radio Na Gaeltachta representing “Colaiste Spleodar” for its 20th year anniversary. Niall has also been cast as the “Prince” in StageWorks’ productions of the Pantos Cinderella, Snow White, Robin Hood, and most recently he played the role of “Aladdin” in their production of “Aladdin Trouble”. He is currently studying for a degree in Psychology and Spanish in NUIG.
